Where are you located?

We’re based in the U.S., shipping nationwide from our fulfillment center.

What products do you sell?

We offer apparel, accessories, prints, and more designed to express your mildly iconic self. Every item is crafted with a blend of attitude and simplicity.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes: 3–7 business days via standard U.S. shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us at info@mildlyiconicgoods.com.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us to get started returns@mildlyiconicgoods.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

My item arrived damaged—what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at returns@mildlyiconicgoods.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Reach out to us ASAP at returns@mildlyiconicgoods.com and we’ll do our best to help.
